Google Route Optimization (Behind the Scenes)

Daily route planning may call Google's Route Optimization API from Grunlo's infrastructure using a service account. Tenants do not connect a personal Google account or supply API keys.

What you need to do

Nothing beyond accurate addresses and normal route planner workflows. If the remote optimizer is unavailable, the product falls back to basic ordering heuristics — your draft still builds, sometimes with less precise ETAs.

Privacy

Addresses sent to the optimizer are limited to what is required to sequence stops; refer to your MSA / DPA for data-processing details.
