Territory & Opportunity Maps

Territory & Opportunity Maps

The territory and opportunity maps give you a visual picture of where your customers are and where untapped revenue opportunities exist across your service area.

Territory heatmap

Navigate to Growth Tools → Territory to see a map of your active customer properties.

  • Up to 5,000 properties are plotted on an interactive map, showing the geographic spread of your customer base.
  • Each point represents a property with an active customer.
  • Use the map to identify clusters of customers, underserved areas, and natural expansion zones.

What you can learn

  • Density clusters — where most of your work is concentrated. These are efficient zones for routing.
  • Gaps — areas between clusters where marketing or door-knocking could fill in your schedule.
  • Outliers — distant properties that may cost more in drive time than they're worth.

Cross-sell opportunities

Scroll below the map on the Growth Tools → Territory page to see cross-sell opportunities — services your existing customers might need but haven't purchased.

  • Opportunities are generated from Property Intelligence analysis and your service catalog.
  • Results are grouped by service, showing how many customers could benefit from each.
  • Each opportunity includes a score indicating likelihood and relevance.
  • Filter by service to focus on a specific offering.

Acting on opportunities

Use the opportunities list to:

  • Plan targeted outreach campaigns for specific services.
  • Identify which neighborhoods have the most potential for a given service.
  • Build estimates for existing customers with new service recommendations.

Tips

  • Check the territory map when planning marketing campaigns — focus on areas with high density first (your route efficiency is already good there).
  • Review cross-sell opportunities monthly. As Property Intelligence analyzes more properties, new recommendations appear.
  • Pair opportunity data with the Price Assistant to create competitive offers for new services.
