Viewing Your Contracts

Viewing Your Contracts

If your service provider has set up a service contract with you, you can view all the details in your customer portal.

Finding Your Contracts

  1. Log into your Customer Portal
  2. Click Contracts in the navigation

You'll see a list of all your contracts, including their status and billing details.

Contract Details

Click on any contract to see:

  • Services Included — what services are covered and how often
  • Properties Covered — which of your properties the contract applies to
  • Invoice Schedule — a breakdown of upcoming billing periods and amounts
  • Contract History — a timeline of status changes, approvals, and revisions

Approving a Contract

When your service provider sends you a new contract, you'll receive an email with a link to review it in the portal.

On the contract page you can:

  1. Review all the terms, services, pricing, and invoice schedule
  2. Approve — type your full name exactly as shown and check the agreement box
  3. Request Changes — if something needs to be modified, send a message to your provider
  4. Decline — if you don't want to proceed

Your signature is electronic and legally binding under the ESIGN Act.

Paying a Deposit

If your contract requires a deposit:

  • After approving, you'll be redirected to pay online (if available)
  • Or your service provider may collect payment another way and confirm receipt

Billing

Once your contract is active, you'll receive invoices based on the services scheduled and performed within each billing period. You can view and pay invoices directly from the portal.

You will not be invoiced for services that don't occur — for example, if your contract is temporarily paused.

Contract Status

Status What it means
Pending Signature Your provider sent the contract and it's waiting for your review
Changes Requested You requested changes — your provider is updating the contract
Declined You declined the contract — your provider may send a revised version
Approved You signed the contract — it will activate once any deposit is collected
Active Services are being performed per the agreed schedule
Paused Services are temporarily suspended — no visits or charges during this time
Completed The contract reached its end date
Cancelled The contract was terminated
