Uploading Photos in the Portal

Customers signed in to the portal can attach photos to their jobs — for example gate codes, damage, or turf conditions.

Customer steps

1. Log in via magic link.
2. Open the relevant job.
3. Use the upload control to select images from their device.
4. Files upload securely via presigned cloud storage; progress indicators appear while uploading.

Moderation and landing gallery

Photos may pass through attachment moderation before they appear on marketing surfaces. Approved images can feed your public landing page gallery when you publish them.
