Attachment Moderation
Attachment Moderation
When team members or customers upload photos to jobs, those photos can be reviewed before they appear publicly on your landing page gallery. The moderation queue gives you control over which images represent your business.
Requirements
- Attachment Moderation must be enabled on your plan.
- You need the attachments.moderate permission to access the moderation queue.
How it works
- A field tech uploads a photo to a job (before, during, or after photos), or a customer uploads a photo through the portal.
- The photo enters the moderation queue with a status of Pending.
- A moderator reviews the photo and either approves or rejects it.
- Approved photos can then be published to your landing page gallery.
Reviewing the queue
- Navigate to Moderation (look for the badge count in your navigation showing pending items).
- Each item shows a preview of the image, the job it's attached to, and who uploaded it.
- For each item, choose:
- Approve — the photo is approved and stays attached to the job. It can then be published to your gallery.
- Reject — the photo is removed from the job.
Publishing to your landing page
Approved photos can be published to your public landing page gallery:
- Up to 12 published photos appear in your landing page gallery.
- Only approved photos can be published — rejected photos are removed.
- You can toggle the publish status of any approved photo.
Tips
- Check the moderation queue regularly, especially after busy job days when techs upload many photos.
- Prioritize high-quality, well-lit photos that showcase your work for the landing page gallery.
- The moderation badge in the navigation shows you how many items are waiting for review.
