Public Landing Page
Public Landing Page
Your public landing page is a simple, professional website for your business — accessible at your subdomain (e.g. acme.grunlo.com). Prospective customers can learn about your services, view your work, and request an estimate.
What's on the landing page
The landing page is generated automatically from your account settings:
- Company name and logo — from your business profile.
- Headline and description — customizable marketing copy.
- Services — pulled from your service catalog. The customer-friendly "website name" is shown when available.
- Photo gallery — up to 12 published job photos (approved through moderation).
- Customer reviews — your top-rated reviews (4 stars and above) with average rating and total count.
- Contact form — visitors can submit inquiries that appear in your Leads inbox.
- Customer login — a link for existing customers to access their portal.
- Social profiles — optional Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube links in the footer (when configured).
Customizing your page
- Go to Settings → Landing Page (under the Growth & Integrations section).
- Fill in the Landing Headline (e.g. "Professional Lawn Care in Austin").
- Add a Landing Description with a short pitch about your business.
- Optional AI-assisted copy — when your plan includes the landing page feature, you can generate marketing copy from prompts. If the feature is not on your plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt instead.
- Under Social profiles, add your usernames or full profile links for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Icons appear in your landing page footer for any network you fill in.
- Make sure your phone, email, and address are filled in under Settings → Company Profile.
- Changes save automatically.
Your branding colors are applied automatically from your business profile.
Plan requirement
The customizable landing experience (including AI copy helpers) requires the landing page capability on your subscription. Customers visiting your subdomain always see a page, but advanced customization may be gated — see Plan & Billing.
Publishing photos
Photos uploaded on jobs can appear on your landing page:
- When a tech uploads a job photo, it enters the moderation queue.
- From Attachment Moderation, approve and publish the photo (requires plan + permission).
- Published, approved photos automatically appear in your gallery (up to 12).
Tips
- Share your landing page URL on business cards, social media, and email signatures.
- Keep your services list current — deactivate offerings you no longer provide.
- Encourage happy customers to leave reviews — they appear on your page and build trust.
