Web Lead Estimates
Web Lead Estimates
When enabled, your public landing page includes an instant estimate form. Visitors enter their name, contact info, property address, and desired service — and you receive a draft estimate ready to review and send.
Requirements
- Web Lead Estimates must be enabled on your plan.
- A service catalog with at least one active service and pricing.
How it works
- A visitor fills out the estimate form on your landing page with their name, email or phone, property address, and optionally selects a service.
- A new contact and customer record are created in your account automatically.
- A property is created from the submitted address (marked as a lead property).
- A draft estimate is generated based on the requested service and your catalog pricing. If Property Intelligence data is available, related cross-sell services may be included automatically.
- You receive a notification (SMS, email, or push) with a link to review the draft estimate.
What's in the draft estimate
- Requested service — matched against your service catalog by name. Pricing comes from your catalog, not from AI.
- Recommended add-ons — up to 4 additional services suggested based on the property (e.g. hedge trimming if hedges are detected). These come from your catalog pricing.
- Consultation fallback — if no service matches, a $0 "On-site consultation" line is added so you have something to edit.
- Internal notes — the visitor's message and any available property details are included for your reference.
- Validity — the draft is set to expire in 30 days.
Reviewing and sending
Draft estimates appear in your Estimates list with a Draft status. From there:
- Open the estimate and review the line items and pricing.
- Adjust quantities, prices, or add/remove services as needed.
- Click Send to deliver the estimate to the lead.
See Creating & Sending Estimates for the full estimate workflow.
Referral tracking
If the visitor arrived via a referral link (e.g. ?ref=CODE), the referral is automatically tracked and attributed to the referring customer.
Tips
- Keep your service catalog prices up to date — draft estimates pull directly from your catalog.
- Respond to web leads quickly. The faster you send a polished estimate, the higher your close rate.
- The lead also appears in your Contacts & Leads list for pipeline tracking.
