Service Frequency
Service Frequency
Frequency is the average number of service visits a customer books per year, calculated from their completed job history. It's shown as a number like 6.2/yr on the customer's Overview card.
Why it matters
Frequency tells you how often a customer expects service, which drives:
- Rebook timing — when the customer is due for their next visit
- Win-back detection — if the gap since their last visit exceeds their usual cadence, they may be drifting
- Capacity planning — how much recurring demand a given customer contributes
How it's calculated
We look at each customer's completed jobs across their history, measure the average gap between visits, and convert to an annualized cadence. Customers with only one job on record will not have a meaningful frequency value until a second job is completed.
