Web Push Notifications

Some events can notify staff through the browser using web push — without leaving Grunlo open forever.

Schedule updates

When someone with permission updates staff schedules (assignments, overrides, or templates), affected users who enabled push may receive a Schedule updated notification. Field techs tap through to My Schedule; office roles open Staff Schedules. See Staff Scheduling.

Enabling push

Use your browser's prompt when Grunlo asks for notification permission. If you previously blocked notifications, re-enable them in the browser site settings for your tenant subdomain.

Tips

  • Push complements email — it won't replace SMS customer traffic.
  • Field techs should install the Field Tech app shortcut for the best mobile experience.
