Properties & Hazards

Each customer can have one or more properties — the physical places where you work. Accurate property records power scheduling, route optimization, and Property Intelligence.

Property fields

When you add or edit a property, include:

• Service address — geocodes for map and drive-time math.
• Access notes — gate codes, dog alerts, parking rules.
• Lot context — size and features when you maintain them (some values can be filled by intelligence).

Hazards

Add hazards (steep grade, low wires, dogs, etc.) so they surface on the Field Tech job panel before someone gets hurt.

Tips

• Keep a property per active job site; retire old addresses instead of overwriting history when customers move.
